This is a restaurant from Vietnamese Australian chef Luke Nguyễn that serves modern Vietnamese dishes It was awarded a Michelin star and is a fantastic place to eat. We only has a short stay so we couldn’t explore more, but we will be going back the next time we are in town.

This was our first visit here, and to a Michelin star restaurant, and I can say that I can see why it was chosen. We had one of their set course dinners, and the quality was fantastic.
This was a 3-coure meal starting off with soft shell crab, then a butter seafood which was more like a butter chicken sauce but changed to suit the seafood base, and their curd set for dessert.
Everything was great but the only small fault if I had to pick was that when it got busy, and it always gets busy, the staff are a bit thin on the ground for any requests and it’s hard to get their attention. Having said that it could also be a cultural difference for me so I’m not holding that against them.
